Why Yoga for Corporates?

It’s actually pretty straight forward. Think about it, most of us spend the majority of our day sitting at a desk. We deal with a lot of stress and pressure from both work and life. As a result of this we develop aches, pains and general stiffness in the body. This tightness in the body can leave us feeling tense in the mind too and this is often why we may be quick to anger, feel frustrated easily and face emotional and physical exhaustion. Despite the exhaustion we struggle to sleep well and so the vicious cycle continues. Ultimately, we have forgotten what it feels like to have a healthy body and mind that is balanced, calm and at ease.
