Over 10 complete practices (asana, pranayama & meditation). Plus additional smaller practices to prepare for meditation.
You’ll learn:
Different kinds of meditation, both conceptually & practically, to discover what suits you best
How to overcome common problems that arise during meditation
Various techniques to prepare your body & mind for meditation
How to develop the habit of practice so that meditation doesn’t feel like another thing to tick off your to- do list
Each module also explores yogic philosophy in an easy to digest way, that will expand your world view and support your practice.
A contemplative practice to turn your pain points into self- understanding
Additional resources to support your practice (practice journal/ videos/ podcasts/ reading lists).
Understand, through theory & experience, how to create an effective practice for you to embark on a 40 day sadhana (practice) after completion of the course.

Hey! I’m Alice…
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 5 years and practicing much longer.
I am deeply passionate about yoga’s teachings about our body and mind and deeply passionate about how they translate over into our modern world to help us be better humans! After all, life is our biggest teacher, and if we know how to navigate it skilfully from within then we discover new meaning.
As a beginner meditator I did what everyone does. Downloaded some apps and tried a few styles. It was okay, but I still felt like I was walking blindfolded and nothing much changed.
Life is busy, and sitting down to hold space for yourself, (when all you feel like you do is hold space for other people), is sometimes the biggest barrier to practice. Sometimes you just want someone to hold space for you, tell you what to do and talk through the challenges you’ll have. Because at the end of the day, the teachings are the teachings, you can go online and find most of them yourself. But the whole point of having a teacher is that they’re there to support you and hold space for you, as the person who does that for for other people often too.
Although I definitely don’t have all the answers, through this course I aim to share these beautiful teachings of practice and philosophy with you, so that you can experience a life of purpose, connectedness and joy.

Yes, absolutely. This course doesn't just cover meditation, it threads some important philosophy throughout and gives you a deeper understanding of the workings of different techniques, empowering you to create more effective practices for yourself/ your students.

6 weeks is just a suggested timeframe, but since you have the content for life you can move at whatever pace suits you.

No, you don’t have to have a yoga mat to practice yoga. Just a little quiet corner where you’ll be undisturbed for a bit of time, some comfy clothes you can move in and maybe a pillow or two to sit on during meditation.

Everything is pre- recorded and in video- format. I will send a weekly email for the 6 week period delivering that week's module. You will need internet access on a phone or laptop to watch the videos.
