How do these 3 modalities blend?
It’s quite simple actually:
When the body is strong, resilient and functional, there is freedom.
When the mind is trained to concentrate and let awareness flow through there is freedom.
Freedom in body and mind creates a natural unfoldment of greater alignment in our life.
We see ourselves, and the world differently.
We show up differently.
We begin to embrace all parts of us and loosen our grip to let life move through us, as intended. We can do this because we know, truly, who and what we are.
A remembering of our innate nature. And herein lies our power.
